Race 1 · what it’s for
A coin toss is over before anyone leans in. A race gives you a start, a scramble through the middle, about four lead changes, and one time in four a finish close enough to argue about. The decision gets made either way. This way everybody watches it happen.
Up to eight players, each on their own phone, watching the same race at the same moment.

Race 2 · the main event
Brackets are their own kind of fun. People fill them in for tournaments they have no stake in, and watch them to the end. Draw one for up to eight players and the matches run in parallel, so you race yours while everyone else races theirs and the bracket fills in live as the results land.
The host starts each round, so there is time to go over the last one first.
Byes fall out of the draw itself. Nobody hands them out.
